All listings submitted through ቤትfinder are subject to a manual review process. We strive to verify listings within 24 hours of submission. Verification does not constitute an endorsement of the property or seller. ቤትfinder shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in listings that pass verification.

ቤትfinder provides AI-generated property descriptions and price estimates as a convenience tool only. These outputs are based on algorithmic models and do not constitute professional valuations, legal advice, or guarantees. Users should conduct independent due diligence before making any property transaction. AI-generated content may contain errors; always verify property details directly with the seller or owner.
Basic property listing on ቤትfinder is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium listing tiers, featured placement fees, or company registration fees in the future. Any such changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice via the Platform or email.
All content on ቤትfinder — including the name, logo, brand identity, software code, design, maps, and curated data — is the property of Giiftii Market and protected under Ethiopian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. User-uploaded content (photos, descriptions) remains your property; by uploading you grant ቤትfinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ethiopian law, Giiftii Market and ቤትfinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to property transaction disputes, financial losses, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
ቤትfinder is a marketplace platform. Any disputes arising between buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants are between those parties directly. We encourage users to contact our support team to report fraud or misrepresentation, but ቤትfinder is not a party to transactions and assumes no responsibility for resolving user-to-user disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform and, where possible, by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
